Plant got greedy, now he's about to loose his biggest payday! I say Canelo should forget about unifying for now. Let Plant fight for low payday and let him learn his lesson especially if he lose or got injured.

I don't think he'll ever unify supermiddle, EVER (and thank God for that) as long as the belt is held by a PBC boxer. Plant will fight his weak mandos as usual and his voluntaries will always go to a PBC fighter, on and on. Better forget about this belt.Comment

World of Boxing's Andrey Ryabinskiy, promoter for WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol, has confirmed that his company has indeed been approached about the possibility of facing Saul "Canelo" Alvarez in the fall.

wait, that cannot be right...
because the... " Canelo will never fight Lara, Trout, Golovkin, Kovalev "... shltheads... swore black-n-blue that he would never fight Bivol
no, wait... I think I see whats up

on a more serious note, it is possible that Bivol is being mentioned to entice Team Plant into action
but...
FACT: if Canelo selects Bivol... the " he will never fight Bivol " shltheads, will start blurting out TONS of ridiculous excuses
FACT: when Canelo beats Bivol... the " he will never fight Bivol " shltheads, will blurt out even more ridiculous excuses LMAO
you know it's true

I have heard drug testing was the sticking point to the Plant fight not happening? Plant wanted more stringent testing?Comment

Bivol needs a fight like this.
He has enough good wins to prove he’s a very good fighter but his career seems to have gone a bit stale and seems like he’s fighting in first gear with no real motivation.
I wonder if Canelo has had a look at Bivol’s recent performances and fancies it.
I do think it would be a different Bivol when he has a real test.Comment

Bivol doesn't have enough experience for Canelo even Plant, they don't want to lose their undefeated record.Comment
