      I think Donaire Sr. is only an assistant trainer for Sansona for this fight so it's kind of difficult to judge him for the kids performance tonight.

          Yeah it's weird to hear of Filipino fighters with that many amateur bouts now. I guess they understand that you can't just walk into a gym and in six months be a pro, learning along the way while accruing ten losses or so like some of these guys were.

          Rodel Mayol also had a lot of amateur bouts, not sure how many though.

              I would try and confirm the number or am bouts for Sonsona because I heard he spent some time inside until he "found" boxing. At 19, with stints in jail, 200 am bouts is pretty high.
