Vitali Klitschko: "Lennox Lewis Promised Me a Fight"

a past prime old Lennox Lewis beat prime Vitali Klitschko, just look at the state of vitalis face. I like the Klitschkos but it's his fans that annoys me, them saying Lennox was scared and etc etc. The fact is Lennox Lewis was 37 almost 38 years old and over the hill yet he still beat Vitali Klitschko. Shure Vitali would have been heavily favored in the rematch but it would have been an even more past prime and older Lennox Lewis if the rematch happened. If vitali did beat Lennox in a rematch it would have ment about as much as Calzaghes win over Roy Jones.

Vitali Klitschko, you both have high knockout percentages, should we assume somebody is going to end this fight lying on their back? [details]

Vitali needs to shut up, he had his chance and got his face tore up, Lewis won legitimately, he retired, get over it!!!!!

first of lewis never promised him anything. vitali asked for a rematch and lewis said sure, thats the reaction any fighter would have if he got called out to his face. but lewis is a smart man, he realized he has nothing to gain by beating vitali or any other of the HWs that were around at that time. im sure he also realized he was past his best, and more importantly didnt have the desire to train and fight anymore. he was in pityful shape for the first fight and he still won. anyone with a brain knows vitali isnt on lewis' level anyways. vitali needs therapy so he can get over this lewis thing. i mean seriously ppl get over broken marriages quicker than this.

punches landed
Vitali 156
Lewis 102
Lewis was exhausted and worn down from the accumulation of punches, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission that night and would've KO'd Lewis if the fight had continued.
All 20,000 fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and boo'd Lewis after the fight. Vitali was the real winner of that fight, he battered Lewis into retirement.
Lewis promised Vitali a rematch if he could beat Kirk Johnson.
Vitali destroyed Johnson in 2...The scared Lewis retired like a coward shortly after that fight.
Lewis turned down 25 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew Vitali would destroy him and tarnish his legacy.

Vitali gave straight answers to the questions asked. It's not a question of him not letting it go. Rather it's the reporters who cannot let it go. He also gives praise to Lennox something Lennox has never done to Vitali.

Vitali had a chance yes but wasn't lucky, here is the problem.
I have a problem with that TKO rule due to cuts when the guy "stopped" is ahead on cards.
We'll remember those two awesome cuts but also Vitali batterin Lewis.
Lewis promised a rematch in live,a rematch who by the way had to happen. He always said he'll retire at 40 years old,so in my opinion,LEWIS DID A NARROW ESCAPE.
