Gavril won the first fight and got robbed. Benavidez clearly won the rematch though so he’s obviously improved from the first fight.

Everyone thinks because back when... Mayweather outboxed Canelo, that his weakness is a slick boxer. There is no proof that this is so

Lol its funny when people bring this up and put way too much stock into this. This knock down happened when Benavidez was 20 and got careless towards the end of the fight. Benavidez then rematched him and beat the **** out of him.

Gavril at the time, though never a world beater or champion, was considered a step up fight......most people's favorite fighters were stepping up that young or in their 19th fight.

I don't understand why you keep referring to him as a Youtuber. All of his uploads are his own professional fights and interviews from Romanian TV regarding boxing. It's all professional boxing related. I mean are we going to call Mike Tyson a Youtuber now? The youngest heavyweight champion of all-time is a Youtuber, boxing is exposed OMGZ! Muhammad Ali got beat by a guy who got destroyed by a Youtuber. WHAT A BUM.

            I agree.

Canelo was 20, and Mayweather is arguably the best boxer ever, and certainly the best of his generation. And in/close to his prime.

Now I was one who predicted Canelo would get taken to boxing school, and I must say his boxing has improved immensely since the Mayweather fight.

You're acting like this was some secret that was scrubbed from the internet. The highlights have been up for four years, David rematched him and beat him 11-1

Feel free to post the video of where Cotto's brother had Canelo hurt, wobbled and stumbling all over the ring. Know why you won't though? Because it doesn't ****ing matter, it was YEARS ago and everyone knows about it.

Also, Youtuber? Gavril has 23 pro fights, and just under 200 amateur fights. He's not a youtuber

                Completely agreed.

I'm still thankful for the hundreds of rare fights I downloaded just in time - many years ago - from a fantastic online boxing archive which was destroyed overnight when they shut **********.down.
