They were both on to something. Most active athletes are. Case closed.

Pac had a chance to prove how clean he was. Too scared to call May's bluff. Pac had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Yeah I feel the same way too.

It would have been a better fight earlier in their careers too although I dont see the result being too different.

Can't say for certain Pac was dirty, only that he acted as if he was. Not one of his many excuses made sense. PBF was unbeatable and TeamPac knew it. They didn't expect him to make such a demand and stick to it.

Youre a fkn empty head if you cant see how the testing Manny wanted to manipulate is becoming closer to mandatory than any other time in history, its needed you dumb ass and only a cheat would pull the stunts Manny pulled to avoid full random testing no cut-off BS just the normal procedure.
            Floyd got popped though.

he only had one reason and that reason made perfect sense!! pac had always said he didnt wanna give blood close to fight night because he will not have enough time to recover, he brought up the morales fight where he had to give blood 2 days before the fight and he said he felt weak from it. he's been sticking to this reason from the start!

The reasons why people think he was on PED's were ridiculous though.

Having a big head: the dude just has a naturally bigass head

Refusing a drug test: he didn't refuse any commission-ordered test, he just refused floyd's test.

Being scared of needles despite having tattoos: not as silly as it sounds. My uncle has 2 full sleeves but will faint at the sight of a syringe or blood.

Climbing up more than half of all the division and winning world titles in most of them: dude started his career as a malnourished teenager. It is still an amazing feat but not as impossible as some people claim it to be.
He's able to continue do what he's doing, that tells me he's always been clean.

Just look at Marquez. He hooks up with a known steroid trainer, after just 4 fights(Pacquioa 3, Pacquiao 4, Bradley, Alvarado) he needs to retire due to his body breakdown.
