They usually gain 20 to 30 pounds after weigh ins, depending on the weight class.

Crawford was 156 on fight night against Gamboa. Fight was at 135. Just one example. I think Barrios was 165 against Davis, to Gervonta's 150-155.

Any lower than 154lbs and their body can’t take the punishment due to dehydration. 8% body fat index is already extremely low, so the water weight is what remains. Dehydration really risks CTE if they are in a war

            Probably 147.

But I personally think weight cutting isnt alll its made out to be. You drain yourself to make the weight so you can try to weightbully your opponent on fight night. But what this does is, it also makes you body weaker no matter how mu hyou "rehydrate" your brains are still in a hangover state and you can get knocked out easier. Thats my opinion.

TBE Floyd never had to lose insane amounts of weight.

Also offtopic but alot of times the weight bullies get exposed eventually, like Conor who ran thru everyone smaller than him but then went up and poof the power was gone.

Crawford walked around at 180 when he fought at JW. Tank gets up to 180 as well. Canelo looks like he’s over 200 lbs in between fights. Lol. Duran used to put on 50 lbs in between fights.

Bring back the original divisions too. As I've always said on here, the divisions are too close together. That could be a big part of the weight cheating.

This, the 8% BF doesn't tell the level of how hydrated you are, if you were really wet then 154 would be good maybe even 147, if you were a few pounds drier then 160 trained ready to fight would be way different than untrained 160 8%, fluid weight is very important in these things.
