So many of you lot are selling Usyk short and I’m really not getting why. Is he in any way inferior to Parker and no matter what the score cards said that fight with Parker was close. Is Usyk somehow inferior to Ruiz?

His legacy will be first champion ever to quit in the ring. While obese Mexican laughed at him.

Usyk is a better boxer than Fury but just too small

If Ruiz can do him then Usyk can do him. There is risk to this fight even if some of the haters want to say what they say to never give Joshua any credit for a single thing he does

                It's the classic BoxingScene hedge.

They know this is a live fight but to admit that would mean giving Joshua credit if he wins.

If they play Usyk down then they can mock Joshua if he loses, or disregard the achievement if he wins.

Continue to fight the best person available, make it the best fight you can and legacy will take care of itself.

With Fury and Wilder tied up in their neverending story, Usyk was definitely the highest quality opponent out there, even though certain people are trying to downplay him.

If Joshua had taken anyone else, they would have said he was ducking Usyk.

Which available heavyweight do you think he should fight instead? Who is the best that he should be seeking out for this fight in September? Name the name.

Ahhhh, “no it’s not”. It’s a lightweight vs a super middleweight.
