I think Manny does better because he finds a way to get inside of Roy's reach. Floyd prefers to counter from the outside, he would lose that battle all day. Even if he gets inside he is outclassed by Jones' speed and reflexes. Manny also throw more punches, and that's what you need to do against Jones. You can't just wait and pick your spots, you have to keep him off balance and press him. Try to get him on the ropes. Neither Manny or Floyd can win in the middle of the ring, and only Manny would have the skillset to get Jones to the ropes.
