Yigit is a late replacement with 2 weeks notice and is a 140 lb fighter. Heard he didn't have a good camp though, and the fact he didn't even make 140 is pretty telling... Not sure why they took it knowing likely the cut would be a struggle.

Will be an interesting Matchup, but if Rolly loses he has a built-in excuse that he was fighting an opponent a weight class above his.
Depends on who you ask. They wont accept that excuse for lomas lost against salido

Can't be overly mad at Yigit missing weight. He's a 140lb fighter being asked to drop to 135lbs on 2 weeks notice.

But then again if he couldn't make the weight he should have passed on the fight.

I know literacy is an issue with this site at times with the 7th grade education floating about. Did anyone other than the single commenter bother reading the article?

I have to respect Rolly for still taking the fight, most would back out and fight would be canceled for missing weight by that much and understandably so

I did read it. he took the fight on 2 weeks notice after a 2 year layoff. That doesn't mean I don't get to make fun of him when he failed to make weight by more than 5 pounds.

It was read, but when you sign a contract you honor it otherwise you deserve the ridicule. I would have given him a pass up to 3 pounds max but 5? Nah.
