Trying to make weight on 2 weeks notice is not fun. It does not look like Yigit has missed weight in the past.

Can’t believe this is even called a title fight. A guy who has not fought in 2 years was summoned from his couch for a “title” fight.

Can't be overly mad at Yigit missing weight. He's a 140lb fighter being asked to drop to 135lbs on 2 weeks notice.

But then again if he couldn't make the weight he should have passed on the fight.

He was previously scheduled to be on the card and at 135 lbs.

It was for an interim title and it's no longer on the line. Romero's previous opponent pulled out of the fight with an injury. Yigit was scheduled to be on the undercard so he got the call...

Well if that's the case that changes things drastically. The fight should have been scrapped if Yigit was already preparing for a 135lb fight the same night.

I keep going back and forth honestly... Leaning Charlo late stoppage but I've been considering other outside things like his newborn son and how that might affect him. Also, he's looking a little drained like Mall was last fight but at least he made the weight on time.

I even got my tinfoil hat on thinking it could be a 'draw robbery' if Castaņo outboxes him convincingly as it's the less controversial way to keep all the titles and force a rematch.

I'll probably reverse my pick at the last minute, then my initial gut choice will be correct with nothing to show for it but a losing betting slip and a goose egg in the pickem leagues.
