I don't begrudge Hunter taking easier opposition for more money but I don't have to applaud it as a fan. I like Hunter, I enjoy watching him fight but there's nothing compelling about watching him fight a guy who got beat decisively by a shopworn Lebedev.

If that's the case and the top guys are avoiding him then Eddie is going to have to start overpaying opposition to fight him.

I don't rate Hrgovic as highly as you but time could easily prove me wrong. Of Hrgovic emerges and we can stop talking so much about Fury, Wilder and AJ conspiracies then I am all for it.

I get why he took this fight. He is getting paid well. I’m not sure how Wilson is in a WBA HW eliminator & it baffles me that the eliminator is only 10 rounds. They are usually 12 RD fights. I know there have been 10 rd eliminators in the past but I don’t agree with it.

I never want to hear or watch another Hunter fight again. He had a golden opportunity with Hrgovic but he doesn't have the balls to bet on himself and take the fight. These guys want the easy road to a title shot and it's killing the sport.

Hunter might as well rob a bank because he has a better chance getting away with that then a win over Hrgovic . That’s not even a joke . Ha

That being said , Hunter isn’t getting any title shot fighting those guys so he’s just playing small ball but it will catch up to him he won’t stay in top rankings doing that and they aren’t going to pay that guy much forever fighting the C level fighters .

Hrgovic will just get a title shot either way if no one will accept final elimination bouts he will be rewarded one way or another and just take tune up fights .

Hearn is probably tired being held at ransom all the time where he has to lose money just to get a fight made it’s as if he gets the blame if a fight doesn’t happen . There’s other promoters to , Hrgovic has Sauerlan Promotions why aren’t these guys putting up the money ?

This is what could happen if a guy is only 12 fights in ,he’s basically prospect situation with little exposure but he’s definitely a top 5 heavyweight ,that’s not even a question for me .
