For some reason - and I could be wrong - I feel that Casimero vs Rigo will be a mismatch if the latter still has some kind of fighting shape. If that's the case, overrated Casimero will be exposed.

Fox doesn’t seem to want to float the bill for anything other than PPV. There is a reason the FOX fights are not fights with hefty purse demands

Jermell is one of the best pound for pound. He might be a bit better than Jermall, but they are both top talents.

They do both lose rounds here and there, but have power and strong chins. Castano is definitely a good challenge. He will have to be careful walking into something big, because Jermell is a heck of a puncher.

It's the 154 division. No one cares too much about it.

Why don’t people care in your opinion?

Too many divisions. Boxing was ok with 147 and 160 alone.

It's a shame because the Charlo/Harrison rematch put up very good numbers (2.23 million) on FOX back in 2019. That fight was high drama. Granted, Harrison talked some great trash in the build-up to that fight and Castano might not be able to equal that but his skills are there and I doubt people will tune out if they tune in.

Other than baseball, it's pretty quiet for American sports at the moment and this fight would have done well on their network.

My biggest concern for Jermell is the distraction of being a new father. That doesn't always bode well for fighters. Hell, look at the interview Ray Flores did with Adam Kownacki after his KO loss to Helenius. Guy basically blames his infant some while holding him during a zoom interview....

Total agreement there, I wonder if they will raise the pbc on fox budget again

He's been getting good KOs of decent opponents. Can't recall a fight since the switch where he's been up on points before dropping his opposition. Before the trainer change, he was actually a great boxer. He'll likely lose this. But a great champ and beast nonetheless.
I did 500$ on Castano. I think Harrison won most rounds from both fights. Castano style is worrisome for both fighters, he may get knocked out but if he don’t he may KO Charlo. Fatigue makes cowards of tough men.
