-2X doubles your points and 3X triples your points. Everyone starts with 10 doubles and 6 triples to use throughout the year. If you forget how many you have left, check the leaderboard in the master thread. Every player also has 3 x5 special multipliers which can be only be used on an underdog (+100 or greater) fighter.

Okay gents looks like just the one fight of significance this week, but man, it's a good 'un.

I genuinely can't make a solid call on this one, reckon Castano's workrate is gonna cause Mell plenty of issues but I can also see Brian running onto some brutal counters. Also... yeah, it's in Charlo country... Might be worth taking into consideration, might not.

im tempted too. i dont see him getting a decision tho, unless its a complete domination 10-2 fight, which is unlikely. he doesnt hit hard enough to stop Charlo either. the only way is if charlo gasses late, and castano just swarms him on the ropes for a tko kind of thing.. Charlo can win by decision stoppage or robbery imo.

im tempted too. i dont see him getting a decision tho, unless its a complete domination 10-2 fight, which is unlikely. he doesnt hit hard enough to stop Charlo either. the only way is if charlo gasses late, and castano just swarms him on the ropes for a tko kind of thing.. Charlo can win by decision stoppage or robbery imo.

He lost a decision vs harrison in a kind of fight (harrison just jabbing without much aggression) that he shouldnt have lost on the scorecards.
scorecards for rosario, trout and jackson doesnt seem like he gets a lot of love on the scorecards.

Its definitely going to be workrate and aggression vs charlos power and better punch picking.

Important to check how elusive castano is on the frontfoot to avoid head snapping punches that negate castanos consistent but less flashy work.

That’s my biggest worry too. I was tempted by the draw as well tbh as I see Castano edging but I see it being very close.

Can Castaņo fight on the back foot if necessary is what I'm wondering. I know that's not really his style but he can't just keep coming forward after taking big clean shots.

My biggest concern for Charlo is his new role as a father and if that's affected him or distracted him in an way.
