If Bob cared about Bud at all he’d do everything in his power to make Bud vs Ugas. Bud wins & has 2 belts to match Spence’s 2 belts (given Spence wins against Pac) - probably helps Buds leverage in negotiations with Spence.

In reality Al probably doesn’t let that fight happen, but if he did Bob would probably have to overpay- which he wont.

Here’s what likely happens: Spence beats Pac, fights and beats Ugas, tries to make the Bud fight with leverage heavy on his side, Bud doesn’t agree to the purse split, Spence moves up to 154, Bud fights Zepeda, Ramirez & Taylor or at least 2 of the 3, BudSpence never happens

Look him up and watch him fight. Also, his record is pretty good for having 3 opponents only so far. All 3 with winning records, one a journeyman whos been in with a few world champions. Amateur stand out on the fast track.

The excuse would be Pac is the top dog. Only fights in big fights now that he is in his twilight of his career. Covid happened. Meaning Pac would be ****** to fight for change and in front a no crowd. Pac only fights top dogs. Spence wasn't ready then. The money is made now not during the height of Covid.

WBA just destroyed Pac's dream of being undisputed. Pac will lose motivation and gets knocked out by Spence.

You have no idea what you're talking about. There was no issue with money. Pacquiao said he would NOT fight on a card being held behind closed doors.

And you still haven't answered why he sat out from July 2019 until March 2020 when everything shut down.

He beat Thurman and basically said he wasnt going to fight again for the rest of the year.

When Spence had his accident, he was set to face Danny Garcia, who was the WBC mandatory, at the start of 2020. Because of the accident, it was held at the end of 2020.

Pacquiao tried to make a fight with Crawford overseas, he tried to make a fight with Mikey Garcia and he even tried to make a fight with McGregor. When all of those fell out, then he turned to Spence.

Yeah, granted he's not a fulltime fighter. Still, like I said. If there was no Covid scare for 1 year and a half. Pac would have fought in a PPV fight. Letting Pac fight during Covid is common sense, there's no money. Don't be ridiculous to think there is. Even Floyd's exhibition was after the height of Covid.

And to answer your question before Covid july 2019. He was resting. Don't you think an old dog has a right to rest for a bit? If you say no.. Then that's where we are different. I think Pac at his age is entitled for a breathing room especially as an elite he gets to choose who he wants to fight.

I mean, whatever. But what does "Champion in Recess" mean now? What happens if Pac loses? What if he wins? Does he have to pay sanctioning fees for being a "Champ in Recess"?
