Not entirely true. Manny was offered fights and refused to fight without a crowd present. What was his excuse for taking off from July 2019 until March 2020? Other than him and Thurman, every other top welterweight has fought at least once since last year.

Whats WBA excuse from not stripping LSC? He hasn't defended his 126 lb super championship belt since Nov 2019.
