Guys, come on. Leave Roy alone.

Remember...he took a LOT of damage to the head, not just punches but falling to the mat like a sack of salt. Lou del Valle, Enzo Mac, Glen Johnson, Danny Green, Denis Lebedev, Antonio Tarver...

We just don't know what might have gotten rattled along the way, is all I'm saying.

Roy was my guy in the ring but he IS hating on Spence. RJ jr. stated that Crawford has proven himself more than Spence. Against what top flight competition did Bud do so. Errol's opponent list is far more impressive than Bud's and continues to get stronger with Pacquia next and Canelo possibly in the future.

Any constructive criticism is always labeled "hate" by the Goon Squad - the very people that dish out most of the hate. Ignore em, Roy.,

Crawford undefeated across 3 weight classes and while Spence may have the best opponent between the two (in Porter) I'll take Crawford's lineal accomplishment at 140 along with undefeated reign through 135, 140, and 147. Also, Crawford has NEVER had a close fight. Spence had a tooth and nail fight with Porter and a competitive win against Danny Garcia...Porter beat Garcia more clearly than Spence did tbh. And let's not forget that Spence got away with like 100 low blows against Porter...Haymon refs, you know?

Crawford needs a promoter though. TR makes fights but they also should PROMOTE their star fighter. Crawford is going to be a ATG that never was because he couldn't get fights. Part of that is due to promotional division but most of it is due to TR not understanding how to PROMOTE fighters. Crawford could've been talking smack these past 3-4 years about PBC ducking him which would've built mega fights with ANY of PBC WW stable. Bud don't like talking smack? Well neither did GGG but Abel and Tom Loeffler talked enough for him. Arum just doesn't know how to promote. . .

Terrence Crawford keeps fighting unknown bums and over the hill ex champions. He got dropped by unknown bum kavaluiskas, he got hurt by a2 weight claaasmaller gamboa snd now keeps avoiding every top fighter.he wants to keep on living with when he unified the 140 pound division when that division was the weakest at the time, no great fighters at the time

If Crawford accepts that he's the B-side the fight can get made.

You all know that if Top Rank was the one in the A-side position Bob Arum would never give 50/50 to Errol Spence. So now that the shoe is on the other foot Bob and Crawford should be pressured to play by the rules Top Rank has always imposed on others.

You can't change perception. It is what it is.
People see Spence as the one holding up the fight.
For a guy who got involved in a life-threatening accident,
you'd think the sense of urgency would be inculcated.
It didn't. Nobody knows what the future holds for us,
even more so on fighters. They win, and they lose.
They may or get injured, inside or outside the ring.
                They also lose their primes.

And this Spence guy thinks the fight will always be there for him.
The car crash did nothing. He thinks he has nine lives.

Only fight that didn't happen was michalczewski.

but michalczewski wanted roy to fight him in Germany.

Roy probably avoided a pacquiao Jeff horn situation.

Today's boxing fans are so sensitive and emotionally attached it is embarrassing honestly

where I disagree completely with Roy is he runs around saying Spence is the one that hasn't fought anybody while defending Crawford and acting as if he has fought everybody. I DON"T THINk it Is anything personal I JUST THINK He is more of a fan of Bud skillset and it is nothing wrong with that at all.. He has also called Crawford fights, never called a Spence fight I don't think

Is Roy hating? No. I think his opinion is wrong though. Spence has the better WW resume. Overall accomplishments of having moved up and become a multi-weight champion and being lineal at 140 is nice, but at welterweight based on opposition, Spence is the man.
