Who wins Tank vs Mikey at jww? Tank vs Lopez/Taylor

Tank will not beat any significant threat. Not Mikey, not Taylor, not Loma, not Lopez. Likely not Haney or Ryan either. The strategy is to hype up his name and then try to drag big name opponents up from 126/130 or catch them on the way down or up in their prime. My guess is they will look to match him with a celebrity for a PPV event.

Tank vs Mikey would be a good fight. I think Mikey would finish how Barrios started. Boxing and out pointing Davis to a decision. Davis has ****** power but Mikey knows and will box to avoid damage if he has to. He did it against Spence, he'll do it against Davis if he has to. Plus the reach advantage, it'll be like Barrios but with more awareness and boxing IQ. Davis loses a decision.
Tank vs Taylor would be good too but I honestly do not see anything great abotu Taylor. Typical british boxer. Take him, stretch him out to 6'2" and call him "Mundo" there is no difference in the fighters. Take him, add melanin to his skin, make him 6'5" and inject him with the juice... he's Anthony Joshua. No difference. For that reason, I think Tank beats him. Mainly the footwork will get him the W. If he takes too long to get going, like with Barrios, he will be skimming an L.
Tank vs Lopez. Tank knocks out Lopez late. Will take maybe 10 rounds, maybe even 12 but Lopez is getting ktfo. If Lomachenko could catch him and have him reeling, Tank will turn the fight upside down once he figures Lopez out.
Tank-Mikey – L
Tank-Taylor – W
Tank-Lopez – WLast edited by F l i c k e r; 07-02-2021, 04:28 PM.

I think that reasoning about Lopez being fast and powerful is why he gets knocked out.
He'll open himself up to get caught and if Lomachenko caught him and had Lopez hesitating with his [Loma's] power. Imagine Tank catching him? Lopez is definitely going down.
It would be different if Lopez would do like Mikey. Because Lopez could box if he wanted to but i think his belief in his offense will end up getting him caught with something.
If he would do like Mikey, get up on the cards w/ his reach advantage and box to avoid damage in the 2nd half. He'd win. But Lopez has too much belief in that offense and will probably take a big shot that he can't recover from.Last edited by F l i c k e r; 07-03-2021, 12:57 PM.
