    Dude, just needs to retire.

He's been half in/half out since he got married.

Like Street Fighter said back in the day, "Go home & be a family man"

What is the point of an unmotivated, inactive Thurman nowadays?

I mean what's the point, does either even have a belt?
No neither of those fighters have a belt, but they're up and coming undefeated fighters, who will be challenging for a belt in 2022.
Danny Garcia is the only fighter I know of the ones you mentioned that Thurman could be fighting, to express an interest in a rematch.
Although Danny has also stated that he want to move up to the 154 pound division and challenge for a 3rd title there.
Thurman recently lost to Pacquiao, has let other fight opportunities slip through his fingers, is constantly getting injured, and has taken
              long layoffs because of injuries.
Keith Thurman used to be able to pick, and choose which fights to take, those days are over for him.
He's lucky that he didn't get knocked out by Josesito Lopez, who gave him a sustained beat down for a few rounds.
I give Thurman credit for having the guts, will power, and recuperative powers to pull out the win in a couple of fights where he was seriously hurt.
That said he just doesn't command the attention, or leverage to pick, and choose the fights he wants for the financial, or championship rewards.

Thurman just need to retire because he obviously just boxes from the money. His heart isn’t in it at all.

Thurman was never the same after he fell in love and had a 2 year lay off after that shoulder injury.. I can see why Manny wanted to fight him.. I wouldve too after that fight with Josesito Lopez

This dude doesn't even fight these days, always talking. People are buzzing about Ortiz and Ennis, but nobody talking about Thurman anymore. He thinks he is some major star but just isn't, he had his shot at becoming one but Manny derailed that. I don't think he is in love with the sport, maybe looking for that last payday.
