Currently 212lbs. Going to get back in the gym and lose some weight and get into some boxing, but I don't want to be at a disadvantage, so for
someone my height, what is the highest weight division I should be fighting at? I don't lift any weights and don't go to the gym.

Never do any weight training myself. Just cardio, just make sure you don’t drain yourself in process of losing weight too. Made that mistake myself a few times.

Depends on how skilled you are tbh man, my only advice would be get as close to your natural weight as you can.
