      Who still uses a PS3?

Time to upgrade Tommy, and what's up with the wank towels under the chest of drawers?

Depends on how skilled you are tbh man, my only advice would be get as close to your natural weight as you can.

Never do any weight training myself. Just cardio, just make sure you don’t drain yourself in process of losing weight too. Made that mistake myself a few times.

Thanks for the tip. Going to start by hitting the treadmill.

Yeah running is always my go to when I need to lose a few pounds. Interval training is a great way to burn fat too from my experience.

We have a similar build but I'm taller. At my best weight, I'm around 190-200lbs so you might be able to get to light heavy.
