    If you are saying you want to fight pro? If you're thinking of fighting pro. It's too late for you..

    but for fun.. I'd say 147 would be your true size. You have plenty of water retention and fat.. Take that away.. You will be at best @ 147 in my opinion.

            Just saying it's too late for him to be competitive, but if he wants to die in the ring. Then go for it.

            That's my opinion basing it on age and photo. He's too heavy and no exercise as he has mentioned.
