Who Wins if Teofimo and Loma rematch?

Who do you think will win in a rematch between Teofimo and Loma?
It seems more tangible now that Teo Sr and Bob agreed on it. Yet it is hard to believe in Teo and his team for obvious reasons.
Do you think Teo and his team will come up with reasons to stay away from the rematch?

If Teo wins the rematch the hardcore Loma fans will have a bunch of more excuses. Teo's style is a problem for Loma, if he goes in he can get caught and when he angles Teo either takes a half step back in an angle or hits hime with a hook or uppercut.

Loma is an excellent fighter and can pull a win but it will not be easy because he is not a huge puncher.

Very well said man. I think that Loma would edge it out, he is hungrier than ever and what he did against Nakatani was a more aggressive Loma. I think if Loma uses the same precise aggressiveness, he can beat Teo.

I give credit for keeping loma gunshy early on, but teo still won mostly on what loma wasnt doing.
The general rule for rematches is to favour the guy who won the second half of the fight, because that's when the adjustments came into play, which loma did but just far too late.

the threat of teos early power is still there of course but Loma has now 12 rounds of habits and patterns and should be more comfortable to let his hands go now.

I’m leaning towards Loma but it’s genuinely a 50/50 fight IMO.

i think its a 50/50 at this point

loma is still really good....like ive said he just does things others cant/dont...

but i still believe if teo comes in very good shape...in order to keep loma away from him for 12 rounds....he can win...he also needs to vary how he keeps him away...its gotta be more than just a 1, 2 down the shoot.....hes goint o have to vary and do some different things.....so i think teo can take it again certainly if his team does their homework

Nice breakdown. I agree man, I kind of suspect Teo won't want the rematch immediately after Kambosos for the risk of losing.

loma did better in the 2nd half...but imo in the same way loma says "he didnt win it i lost the fight"...i think teo kinda lost the 2nd half of the fight....i think he thought he was so far ahead he could cruise.....when he needed the 12th he put the pedal to the metal and brought it to loma and won the round covincingly.....think about it...loma was coming on really good/hard and taking the 2nd half...and when the fight was in probably the most critical round teo brought it........

when watching live i said "whoever takes this 12th takes it"...and the round wasnt even close imo

to me if teo can keep up a pace for 12 rounds and keep loma off him with a varied attack he can certainly win again

I kind of have it like that too. Teo is obviously skilled, but considering that he might just fight once this year against Kambo, the inactivity may jeopardize Teo for a rematch against Loma.

Thats' true, but Loma is amazing with channeled aggression that he showed against Nakatani. I think Loma uses it early in the rematch and upsets and frustrates Teo. But it is still quite 50/50 definitely.
