Like I say all the time, its like so many of you only started watching Floyd during the Baldy fight when he fought huge monsters in Baldy & Oscar. If he fights guys who is his own size and dont smother him like the idiot Hatton did then he is the best Offensive fighter in the game. He's the only guy in boxing that can and has thrown every single punch in the book. He goes to the body well, he has the straight right, he has the quick hook, weve seen him rock cats with the uppercut, he's thrown the check left, he's thrown the Ali step back with the right hand over the top, he jabs to the body, he can lunge with a hook or a straight right, weve seen him go Southpaw, weve seen him throw blistering combos, weve seen him go in the pocket, weve seen him stalk guys and or walk them down, weve seen him counter all night, he's always been one of the fastest in the game, and he is by far the most accurate.

Now dont get me wrong, JMM is a bad boy on Offense and easily one of the best but if they both fight a normal fight then Floyd is clearly better Offensivley. If Floyd is fighting guys who he thinks are huge and JMM is fighting a normal guy then JMM is going to look better because Floyd will just pot shot but people need to stop acting like he is the pot shot king. He's probably pot shotted in only 5 or 6 of his 39 fights and pretty much all of them were against huge guys. The only guy who really wasnt alot bigger was Hatton and he didnt want to pot shot Hatton. He just had to because the fool kept smothering him all night. He smothered him so much that he smothered his own punches. Even his trainer told him that in the corner & Manny Steward said it during the fight but he knew that anytime there was space then Floyd would kill him

casamayor and diaz were both bigger than jmm and jmm threw combos because he wanted the fights to end in stoppages. jmm could've potshotted but he didn't.

floyd has a different gameplan for each of his opponents he does what he feels is the best way to get the win where as most other fighters fight the same fight all the time they just tweak a little something here and there, so for the fact that floyd can fight any type of fight makes him the better offensive fighter to me
