    Tyson Fury's resume is garbage

Not saying compared to other heavies today, but compared throughout history. I don't even think Fury would do well in a lot of H2H fantasy fights either.

he beat an aged Vlad (not saying a "prime" vlad would win necessarily) and wilder, who fury stans claim is a bum with only a right hand.

is this really stuff of the legends?

        Who you beat
        How you beat them
        When you beat them

If you think AJ knocking over 40 years olds like Pulev/Povetkin/Takam is impressive then you're wrong.

        manufactured resumes.

Fury has also had 5 years of his career wasted. Haye ducked twice. Ustinov fight cancelled. Wlad 1st fight delayed. Wlad rematch cancelled. 3 years out.

Fury could stack his resume out with ease. He's beaten his "toughest" competition with ease. Fought in 6 different countries.

Boxing is a business before it is a sport, it's not setup for fighters to have consistantly good competition. Look at Crawford, even worse.

Who said anything about AJ? This thread is about how Fury's resume is **** and doesn't compare to other ATG's, which AJ isn't.

If he manages to Unify the titles twice, defends those titles a few times and retires unbeaten you'd have to include him as one of the ATGs.

If he beats Wilder for the third time then retires or beats Wilder and Joshua to Unify those titles then retires straight afterwards then I agree that he shouldn't be included as an ATG, but we'll have to see how the rest of his fights and career goes goes.

At the moment, in terms of boxing skill alone, he's up there with the best Heavyweights of all time. Second only to Ali imo. A man of that size and stature should NOT be moving the way that he does. He has the best feet that I've seen in a Heavyweight for DECADES and does a more than decent rope a dope too.

              Fury is what 6'8?

He won't do well against 6'1-under 200 lb-under heavies like Dempsey, Patterson, marciano, etc?

nah, blown up cruiserweights have knocked fury down. more decorated fighters like Patterson would turn fury's liver into paste.

The fighters Fury avoids aren;t impressive but then you say boxing isn't for fighters to fight consistently good competition. So which are they? Fury would have made more money fighting Whyte etc than the Wallins of the world. There's only one HW consistently fighting top 10 opposition and you try to downplay it.
