His last fight was at 140 against a low key opponent and that's the route Ellerbe and Floyd have told us all they are happy with him going.

Ellerbe states Tank fans don't know who the bigger names or bigger threats between 130 and 140 are. Ellerbe accepts Josh Taylor is a good fighter but Tank fans don't know him so there is no point fighting him..

So undisputed fighter Taylor isn't known so no fight. Barrios isnt known but isn't as good as Taylor and they will fight Barrios.. That just says to me there is no want to be great, be a real champion, fight your way to the top or prove yourself against the best.

Tank is just cherry picking opposition and fighting for pure profit. That's fine if he wants to do it but he shouldn't even be mentioned on forums or in Boxing media as he isn't acting like a real Boxer.

Combined with the PBC stable, they have some decent people at 130-135 where Tank said he feels best. GRJ, Colbert, Rollie, and some others. Nothing hardcore fans want to see but fights that they could still sell to the public.

No you have completely missed the point (on purpose). Ellerbe and Floyd have made it very clear to anybody listening that they are not interested in any of the top fighters PERIOD. Only in house match ups. We can all acknowledge that he sells tickets and sells PPVs but if he fought the elite of 135 or 140 he would sell tickets and sell PPVs AND maybe win some real titles and be a respected and feared force in the division.

But they dont want to do that they want to feed him lower standard opposition and rake in as much money as they can because he is a ticket seller and a PPV fighter and they don't want to risk that or have big names or champions command a portion of that money.
