Will the Fury vs Wilder trilogy fight go ahead?

Or does anyone else believe that something will happen to mess it up. Failed drug test. Injury (legitimate or fake). Slow ticket sales. I want to see the fight as bad as the next man but I have my reservations about it happening this fast. We are less than a month away and that is not a lot of time for someone in Fury's shape, to get into shape. I honestly hope I am wrong, but I see one of them pulling out and moving the fight back a month or two. What do you guys think?

I think there's a pretty strong legal case forcing the rematch, yes.

You can take the last option out as the ticket sales have been great.

As for the injuries and failed VADA test? Well, that's still possible lol.

Do you have a site that is reporting the ticket sales? I am curious on that.

They promoted it on Fox last night during the fight broadcast in Minnesota so I'm gonna guess it's full steam ahead and happening

I hope that it is. Especially with the heavyweights on the undercard. But I think that is what's making me so skeptical. We haven't had a good, big card like this in a long while and for it all to go through with no hiccups, would be amazing. Maybe it will. I hope so, but I have my doubts. I think Fury is rushing the lose the weight and he will somehow come up with a reason to push the fight back. Plus that would mess with Wilder even more, which is exactly what Fury likes to do

If anything I would think Fury would sustain a real or fake injury and delay the fight, just to f*** with Wilder for not stepping aside.

Nah. He is way out of it. Too much celebrating over the course of a year. He's trying to play catch up right now and I think it will catch up with him. Either way, I hope it's a good fight with a clear winner and no excuses.

I'm gaining in confidence that it happens. I'm up to 50/50 now.
