Anything is possible with enough determination. He can follow Canelo's blueprint

I wouldnt say very good wins.

Pedraza was a solid victory. LSC at 130? Not so much.

What I don't get about Tank fans is they want to pretend he's the best while knowing he isn't fighting the best. Was Barrios the best at 140? Even close? Hell no.

        Good victory but meaningless.

Then they use "promotions" as an excuse when it's his very own promotion that refuses to work with anyone else.

Best part is his fans claiming he doesn't need to fight Lomachenko. Like damn, Loma is still a top dog at 135 but yall have been scared for years to fight this man while pretending Tank is better.

Loma wants that fight and everytime he's wanted a fight Bob has made it regardless if it was in house or not.

        How about Tank?

It's easy to see who's ducking who but them "mental gymnastics".

He needs a Malignaggi type champion, so he can safely cherrypick his way to WW champ like Broner did

You mean fighting the kingpin and most feared guy in the division in your very first fight at the weight? like Canelo did with GGG?

I highly doubt Tank will challenge Spence or Crawford any time soon

Jamal James is the WBA regular world champion

              He's (27-1) 12KOs.

Sounds like he fits the bill.

Maybe, but James is 6'2", might be a bridge too far given the height and reach.

You mean waiting until the "kingpin and most feared guy" was 35 and obviously past his prime? When Canelo fights Charlo or another dangerous fighter in his prime (instead of vacating multiple times), we can talk about Canelo taking on challenges.

And yet that 35yo and ¨past prime¨ guy was STILL the most feared guy in the division and the MW with the highest KO% ever

Oh, but that was before Canelo beat his ass on his terms, and crushed his aura of invincibilty

GGG could have fought ginger before at 154, but decided to play A-side with the cash cow instead

lmao Charlo, as if ginger, who crushed Kovalev and is destroying undefeated champs at SMW, would be afraid of a lesser MW who's beaten nobody of note.

Charlo struggled with a scrub in his last fight, meanwhile Canelo obliterated an undefeated champ, there are levels to this ****. Canelo has bigger fish to fry anyway, and after he becomes the FIRST undisputed SMW champ in HISTORY, Charlo can go to 168 to receive his asswhooping too

They were both very good wins IMO, Pedraza was undefeated and it was a big step up for Tank at the time. Plus Pedraza went on to claim a title at 135 not long after.

Then Santa Cruz is a legitimate 4 weight world champion. Yeah he was featherweight moving up but he’s still an excellent fighter.

Tank has had a lot of substandard opposition, including Barrios the other night but Santa Cruz and Pedraza are both unquestionably quality fighters.
