we saw tank still had power at 140 but it was reduced compared to 130. barrios ate a lot of his shots and had to be broken down. even when he was rocked and back off the canvas he still ate flush shots, which hurt him but didnt put him out like someone from 130.

a well rounded natural welter is too much for baby tank with his small reach and diminished power. but someone with some weaknesses he can get to and his power can bail him out if he drops rounds

His resume above 130 is poor though, both Gamboa and Barrios were essentially C level guys when Tank fought them.
