It appears that Paradigm has a legitimate case here. I think that Team Pacquiao should reach out to them and try to reach a settlement that will satisfy all parties involved.

Dan Rafael had several excerpts from the lawsuit in his email newsletter and either its bull**** or Manny's managers have been incredibly unethical. Supposedly they signed several agreements to stop dealing with promoters and kept doing it anyway. I'm sure there's some amount of money that would make this go away but its probably a lot more than the $3M Paradigm advanced Manny.
