Joshua before fighting Wlad, fought Whyte and Martin. Why? Because he was already a draw before he was proven. You asked a simple question on why Tank is headlining if he is not proven and you got an answer for that. You just didn't like that answer so you switched the conversation.
    .
At least you now know why Tank is on PPV. Let's leave it at that .
i think you are getting lost by conflating a lot of things. i said he hasnt proven his greatness while responding to someone else who said he was great, then you took it from there and went off on a tangent and somehow along the way you lost the greatness part and only focused on the proven part. tank has proven hes at least a good competent fighter. tank has proven hes way above fighting tiny little fighters he will easily knock out like santa cruz or bums like barrios who got battered around the ring for the last 8 rounds against a 6-0 fighter.

he knocked him unconscious yet he beat the count and was standing when the ref waved it off. boxing historian over there! and dominated? hmmm tank lost 2 rounds to pedraza as well and pedraza was hitting him with some big shots unlike zepeda. guess that ko gave you amnesia. and pro rated thats more rounds than zepeda would have lost if the fight had continued so zepeda is a p4p talent after all! cong**** on your newfound status zepeda! oh wait no he has to beat tiny santa cruz first to solidify it! i dont know if he can do it! mungia is a p4p talent too right? hes better than ggg right? i mean using your he ko'd him faster theory it must be true! hurd is better than canelo he ko'd trout!!!! canelo p4p #1? THEY GOT IT WRONG ITS HURD THE P4P TALENT

No, I'm not conflating a lot of things.

        Just to recap:

        1. You responded to a poster saying how has he proven his greatness when he's only fought one top 10 fighter in his career. To which I responded with:

Bingo! Which is why it doesn't make sense why people are thinking this is a big mismatch. When has Tank proven his greatness like you just said? When has he shown he can dispatch top competition? Tank lost rounds vs LSC and was getting outhustled and was out of shape vs Gamboa and tired after a few rounds. He has plenty to prove still.
I agreed he hasn't proven any greatness and said he hasn't proven he can dispatch top competition and he has plenty to prove.

        2. You responded to that post by asking why two unproven fighters are headlining PPV?

I responded by saying he is headlining because he is a draw and the quality of the fight doesn't determine PPV status and more proven P4P fighters are not fighting on PPV. Why? Because they can't sell and Tank can. I then brought up Joshua as an example of someone who was headlining before he was proven.

        3. You responded by saying Joshua wasn't and his first two headliners were Whyte and Martin....Except you proved my point there as neither Joshua nor Whyte were proven when they headlined PPV and even after that fight, neither he nor Martin were proven. You then kept going on how Joshua knew his drawing power so he started fighting good fighters unlike Tank...Though you mentioned Charles Martin for some reason LOL...But anyways you kept going on and on about how Joshua had a built in audience and was a gold medalist while Tank was not and that he hasn't fought anyone good to get on PPV.....So if Tank was a gold medalist he could be on PPV without taking on anyone good? Anyways, he is on PPV because he sells, it is simple as that. Once he shows he cannot sell and it is not worth putting his fights on PPV? Well, then he will no longer fight on PPV. Crawford, Charlo's, etc tried their hands in PPV and once they failed, they were right back fighting on non-PPV events. If Tank pulls in another 2M+ gate and sells over 200k PPVs, guess what? His next fight will be on PPV as well. Just how it goes.

My annoyances are he has talked so much smack about so many fighters, majority of them were receptive towards a fight but then he stepped around all of them and took a fight nobody asked for against a fighter not everybody has heard of. Also this WBA Bullsheet. He ain't fighting for a world title. It's a good fight let's not pretend its any more than that.
