Manny chose this fight because he knows he has a good shot of beating a slow methodical guy like Spence
It's the moment in time Pac is fighting a Prime hungry lion who is a beast and is very dangerous to fight at this point in time. A 42 Pac is suppose to lose this fight. Defying it is what makes it another great accomplishment. An ATG tye accomplishment that will launch him to stratosphere.

Pacquiao is the old legend.
Spence is the young upcoming potential ATG.
Pacquiao is doomed to be retired as history shows.Last edited by Spoon23; 06-25-2021, 07:42 PM.

Exactly, Pac is not suppose to win, but if he defies the odds. That's an ATG move fit to close his amazing career.
Im just looking at the boxing side Im not playing into any emotion here, Im looking at what Errol has done and where they are at right now, for me its Errols test for that next level, its Errol that has to prove himself here, its no doubt a top win but its not as big as they are trying to hype it, so much depends on what Spence really is and right now we don't know.

To tell it simply, he has been fighting top guys in 4 generations. (Pause and reflect)
He already surpassed Henry Armstrong in accomplishments. Pac is also the oldest welterweight to win a championship.
Watch this video so you'll get it.

The reason why Manny gets a pass for tune ups is because he has so much legacy capital in the bank after fighting prime legend after P4P guy time after tike. And plus he's always fighting the bigger man after coming up from fly weight.
Its just not the same.
A ton of names that I've already mentioned and Thurman.
Prior to Morales, Pac's resume is a shlt. FACT
Names don't lie. For every bum May fought, Pac has fought 10.
Pac could not survive Mays list of opponents WHEN he fought them.

You Floyd Boys really know how to overexaggerate.
''Pac nearly killed Thurman with that knock down !!!''
Thurman was mostly off balance and was up at 3

Just because may makes his opponents look like they are better versions and makes hard work of them don't mean they were better. Pac can't help he makes common opponents look like bums. Just because maidana looked elite against Floyd don't mean maidana was.

I want a Pac boi to tell me they'd be impressed with May if he fought the guys Pac did, WHEN HE FOUGHT THEM
Larios, Diaz, Cotto*, Algieri, Vargas, HORN, Bradley 3x, shot DLH*, shot Rios, shot Lucas, shot Broner, shot Mosley, shot Clottey,
Fifteen fights (there are many more) !!!!!
