Nice little fight. This goes out to show that Terrence Crawford is and was never the #1 p4p, only ignorant idiots have him as so. My man has never beaten a elite p4p fighter in his career, it’s always been over the hill guy and smaller men. Terrence Crawford needs to unify the welterweight division to be considered #1Combat Talk Radio likes this.

Nice fight - been wanting to see some of TC's previous opponents start to fight other notable contenders/risers and solidify the WW scene a little more....particularly Mean Machine and Jose Benavidez. and then if we see Hooker flourishing more at WW that would be a good look for Ortiz too.
Vergil is my boy but man, he took a number of shots last fight, his right cheek had a lump going. Hooker landed the little short right hand over and over. This guy can punch so there will have to be a focus on that. If he makes it clean then yeah Crawford, let's goLast edited by LA_2_Vegas; 06-23-2021, 09:46 PM.

Very good fight and a great barometer to see how big Ortiz chances are against Crawford.
Ortiz is #1 for WBO so if he makes good work of Egi then Bud might have his first real test at 147. I will have a close eye on this fight as I do think Ortiz is the real deal, not the best prospect as I think that Ennis is gonna be a special talent but still a top fighter.
