More hyperbole. Look at his record with who he fought through the years. There are some great names on his resume with a W following behind.

    It's called staying busy.

So he fought cab drivers, was he being beaten by these cab drivers?

He fought some great fighters though his years.

Get off of your high horse man.

Or were you a fan of Meldrick Taylors, I was and still am a fan, but do not shared any of your hatred for Chavez...............Rockin'

oh ok...but why would you think that? his wins over roger mayweather, rosario, and meldrick taylor are a lot better than ortiz. they were ranked higher than ortiz and have way better wins than ortiz so im not getting it.

Roger Mayweather was just a C level fighter, 3 years before losing to Chavez he lost to. Freddie Pendleton W14 L13. Rosario was just another cab driver killer, and in my view, quite rubbish, and Taylor is wildly overrated, before the first Chavez fight, his resume consisted of butchers, and bakers, his form running into the second JCC fight was W3 L2, two years after the JCC rematch, he lost to Darren Maciunski who ended his career W20 L8. If Wilder was losing to guys like that he'd get slaughtered, but older guys get a pass! Why? Because of nostalgia goggles, and agendas. Taylor also didn't beat anyone, he's just hyped so people can say JCC beat someone great. He didn't.

Calling a boxer a bum can be just a convenient way to go when you can't think of a better word. In most cases it's not meant seriously except by Practards who believe that their every word is gold. Which reminds me, Packy is a bum

Bums exist in every sport. Boxing is no different.

Back in the day there use to be champions; contenders; and my favorite low level moniker: 'a ham and egger.'

Bum is not only used by fans, it's also used by boxers themselves, in anger or as a level. I don't follow heavyweight boxing but I can't count how many times Fury has called Wilder a bum, just in the headlines. I don't disagree with him from boxing skills perspective.

Someone like me, who is just a boxing fan, calls Josh Taylor a bum. Why? Because his arrogance far outweighs his actual craft in the ring. Doesn't have a pleasing style, much skill, or special effects. Just average all around.

So, I'll always use the word bum whenever hype doesn't much skills. It should be somewhere at the top in a boxing dictionary.
