floyd won via split decision when oscar was 35,i dont think he could beat him in his prime.....
gloves, size, ring, PLUS Oscar had Freddie Roach in his corner and
Oscar sparred with Mosley to prepare for Floyd. On top of that
Floyd was the smaller man. All things stacked in De La Hoya's
favor and he still lost. Honestly, I think Floyd out classed the
bigger Oscar. Manny wins over JMM were closer than that Oscar/Floyd
fight. The only reason people think Oscar won was because he was
the aggressor. Oscar lost to good fighters in his prime and Floyd
was always on another level so can't say that Floyd wouldn't be able
to hang with Oscar in his prime because a prime Floyd was/is good
too.

technician that gets stronger and adjusted as the fight goes
on. Cotto relied too much on his power and aside from the
possibility of plaster, Cotto did not fight smart because he
couldn't even get his best body punch off. Floyd is light
years ahead of Margarito skill wise, I don't believe for a
minute that he would have beat Floyd. Cotto doesn't have
a good defensive strategy and Floyd is the best. Margarito
swings wide and crazy. What happens to guys that try
to pressure Floyd? Floyd would have put a boxing clinic on
Margarito. The reason why the fight never happened was
because Margarito held no weight and Floyd was chasing
Oscar bottom line. Oscar would have kicked Margarito's
ass if he fought him instead of Floyd on that night. Oscar
has power and Margarito at 154 is not as strong/effective
as he is at 147 and Daniel Santos proved that.

Interestingly, Mosley said Judah told him about some of the things he told BoxingScene.com publisher Rick Reeno that appeared on this website about midnight (Eastern Standard Time) Tuesday.
"I just seen Zab last night at a club and he was pleading his case and why he said what he said," Mosley said Wednesday, speaking specifically about Judah allegedly turning down an offer to fight him Dec. 26 because he wasn't pleased with what was offered him.
"I told him that actually I didn't care about that. I told him I have to go out and find someone who wants to fight the No. 1 welterweight in the world," Mosley told BoxingScene.com.
Judah, however, perhaps went too far when he told Reeno, "I don't fight HGH patients." From Mosley's reaction, it doesn't appear he knew about that part of the story.
"The HGH, I never took HGH," said an animated Mosley, who tested positive for steroids after his second fight with Oscar De La Hoya.
"I don't do that. They can test me any time they want to."
Someone Needs To Man Up
It should be no surprise to anyone that Mosley could be nearing his wit's end.
"There are a bunch of cowards out there who don't want to fight," said Mosley, who became a two-time welterweight champion when he stopped Antonio Margarito in the ninth round in January in Los Angeles. "Everyone wants to say, 'Oh, there isn't enough money.' Everybody has excuses. They don't want to get their hands hurt, they don't want to get their ribs hurt. [details]

I'm a huge Floyd and Molsey fan. But I honestly beleive that Floyd was scared of Margo. When Margo came face to face with him that was it. I know when people are scared of others just by looks. Floyd looked like he was scared of him

that could have easily gone to JMM in the second fight, the first
fight was debatable as well. Floyd out landed De La Hoya in
every punch stat category AND Floyd was at a disadvantage
in that fight because Oscar did make Floyd move up and use
the gloves of his choice and the ring and that to me is a big
disadvantage for the smaller Mayweather first time fighting
at 154. He agreed because he wanted to fight Oscar De
La Hoya.

I'm standing up and getting on point, Floyd was relaxed.
