Hey another reason to hate floyd

So apparently Floyd Mayweather bet $750 000 dollars on himself to win the Logan paul fight. According to the internet Floyd netted over $750 000 000. So that just goes to show you don't have to risk fighting a young Lion just to make a payday.

What I meant to say is that is his net value approximately, not how much he made in one fight lol.

I don't understand I thought there was no official decision how could he have collected on a decision bet to win?

I know there is speculation that he may have bet, via surrogates, that the fight would go the full eight rounds (over-under) and then carried Paul.

      Probably didn't, but could have.

But can't see how he could have collected a 'win' bet.

Was there any casino sport book betting on the fight? Can't imagine how many bookies he would have to use to lay that kind of bet. Without the casinos they would all be trying to lay off the bets on each other. LOL

I’d be upset at him if he secretly bet on Logan then took a dive. Betting on himself? Not upsetting.

          He didn’t win though…

No judges and no decision right? Only way to win was by stoppage.

So Floyd bet 750K on himself and still couldn’t get the stoppage.

I’m no industry expert but I see no way Floyd could have been paid out as a winner of the contest. The only thing I think he could have won money on would be the over/under on rounds.

U guys really need to read articles FIRST and comprehend them before posting. The article was about Floyd paying Arum $750k to get out of his contract and netting $750 million after.
