you want to remember? delajoto who had fought as high as 160 picked on a flyweight fighter that just happen to be the p4p champ at the time. Joto marketed the fact that PAC was the P4P champ, and joto huggers all of a sudden forgot the weight differance involved in the bout! If any other fighter in the game of boxing would have made that challenge with that much weight difference. The bout Never would of been made!! BUT it was JOTO, the MONEY MAKER OF ALL TIME!! Everyone went blind, the huggers, the writers, the boxing oficinados, and worst of all the BOXING COMMISSIONS!!!! EVERY ONE GOT GREEN EYES!!!! MONEY BABY MONEY!!!!! Then the BOMB BLASTED!!!! joto got his ass handed to him on prime time TV, in front of millions of viewers, and then the excuses began!!! joto was drained, joto was over trained, etc.etc. The truth is joto was never anything but an overhyped class "C" fighter, that conned every latin american into believing he was the greatest coming of the mesican fighters!! He made HIMSELF a multi-millionare off of his peoples money, while winning titles to "not so great" title holders. And losing big time to smaller SSM, PBF, PACMAN....So your saying remember???? REMEMBER WHAT???

In addition. Oscar was talking about dropping back to 147 way before the official DLH-Pac announcement.

He's going back to 147 regardless.

boy, you guys sure were right. nice job!

for some reason, it seems like you guys are saying the same thing about an upcoming fight...
maybe you guys will be perfectly right once again?
nobody thought dlh was gonna be ****** enough to not rehydrate to 160+ lbs.

cotto is not ****in around and will be 160+ lbs on fight night.

lol what the hell, I was referencing DLH-Pac to the upcoming Marquez-Mayweather fight, not Cotto-Pacquiao. thats the one that people are saying they werent going to watch and all, I havent heard that about Cotto-Pacquiao.

in fact, Im rather surprised that so many people so strongly favor Pacquiao in the Cotto-Pacquiao fight. seems like hes the favorite at this point, which is...unexpected.
Im actually leaning toward a Cotto win, although I havent thought too deeply on it.

oh well, I enjoy yalls responses anyway. the point was that both Cotto-Pacquiao and Marquez-Mayweather are huge fights with excellent fighters in them, and you would really miss out if you didnt go to see both of them.

Yes but I didn't expect Oscar to come into the weighing weighing less then Pacquiao, he was sick and was no condition to even be in the ring. Truth is, any Top 10 WW/ Jr WW would have beaten Oscar that night.

meh, I thought DLH would have lost to most top 10 welterweights after the Forbes fight. sure, he may have won most the rounds, but he got pretty sc****d up by a light puncher, and I saw a lot of openings in his offense and defence. not to mention most of his power seemed to have dissapeared.
he was a little more flat in the Pacquiao fight, but I didnt think it was hugely drastic.
