Without getting into too many specifics, their work rates would be too much for Canelo’s who likes to have a low Punch output. Canelo only looks good against guys who are tentative and don’t like to punch with him, Vargas and Trinidad would have a high work rate and punch with him consistently. Canelo’s stamina seems to fade towards the end whereas especially Trinidad stamina improves towards the end of a fight. Canelo didn’t even have the stamina to keep up with a 36-year-old GGG and lost the championship round of both of his fights with him. So now that I answered your question, you can answer mine. How is it that Mayweather’s résumé is fabricated but Canelos is it? Seeing as you criticize mayweather for the same exact things that Canelo does but worse.

You really need to look at canelo record and see how many catchweight and rehydration clauses he had in his fights. It’s more than a “couple” as you said. 6 of his last 15 have been catchweight fights and another 3 have had rehydration clauses. 6 of his 7 biggest fights have come against guys 35 and older. Not to mention you talk about mayweather and judges but nobody ever in boxing has had more ridiculous scorecards in their favor than canelo. So if you hate mayweather for the advantages he gave himself, you should absolutely despise canelo but here’s why you probably don’t. I was a big fan of Oscar. He had talent, good looks, and was well-spoken. What kept him from winning his biggest fights ie, Mayweather, Mosely, and Trinidad, was that he was not mentally tough enough in the late rounds. Oscar fighting at this point in his life would be more of a freak show than a high-level boxing match. Now he is an embarrassment to the sport. He is hardly a role model for young Latinos or anyone else for that matter.

As for Oscar fighting Saul Alvarez, that fight should never be sanctioned anywhere. Canelo is both mentally and physically stronger than Oscar ever was. De La Hoya would not be able to beat Canelo, even in his prime.

there is nothing in Tito or Vargas' arsenal that would come close to hurting Canelo. If GGG never stunned Canelo, neither of them would come close to it. And they sure as hell wouldn't outbox Canelo.

I agree. People forget journeyman Yori Boy Campos knocked down Trinidad twice and was on the verge of KOing him but got tired. Mayweather should have lost at least 5 times but received gift decisions. He also had no power and basically pot shotted and hugged most of the time, also forcing fighters to fight on his terms and being dirty in the fight with referees never deducting a point. He also fought a non boxer who shoudn´t had received a boxing license.

Oscar was robbed vs Trinidad and Mayweather.

Both were close fights so you can't that Oscar was "robbed". In the Trinidad case, Oscar simply quit fighting and got on his bicycle in the championship rounds. That change of pace surprised me as I had him ahead at that point. For sure that strategy did not impress the judges. In the Mayweather fight, Floyd was smarter than Oscar and made the necessary adjustments. Oscar did not adjust his tactics accordingly.
