Forget about over 80, lets just use the 45 to 64 year old cohort, their death toll is 104K deaths. Is there over 100 thousand lotto winners a year in your dream world? With 100K deaths we are at .03% of the entire US population, 100 times more than your estimate, with only the 45-64 cohort's deaths.
