Referencing boxers pre-1885 who might have claims as multi-time heavyweight champions strengthens the idea that Fury is a legend.

Finding a couple of debates post 1885 (none of which came after the early 1900s) about whether someone should be a one time or two time lineal champion strengthens my point.

It’s clear what Fury’s achieving if your have to bring up things that happened 130 years ago to discredit him.

He lost his lineal status according to Ring Magazine and TBRB when he retired. He’s lineal again after beating Wilder.
