If the PBC had its way every fight with a boxer you'd heard of would cost 100$ if DAZN hadn't come along Al would be trying to sell fights for 200$ to 50K people now and screaming success.
How does that build boxing?
If this is "is growing the sport" are the ppv and crowd numbers so low ? Boxing was global in Tysons day let's go back there.
Free tv boxing is great , jump on youtube and you'll find plenty (legally) from around the world.
Is Davis going to be on free tv watched by millions .... nope.

with dazin is because it removes boxing from the people. The best thing that can happen to boxing is more exposure on free tv and basic cable/established sports station apps. Dazin is a good idea for the boxing fan but it DOES NOT grow the sport at all.

Unless something changes, the whole model of paying for tv is obsolete. Good for Mayweather making that type of cash the other night. There were free live******s of it everywhere. People paid for it?

If you are going to decrease the price, drop it to that price point. But going from $75 to $70 does what exactly? You are better off just leaving it at $75 at that point. No one that wasn't going to purchase the fight for $75 will all of a sudden purchase for $70.

If dayzin would make a deal with a network and show low level fights and contender level fights on nbc, abc, NBC sports, etc etc then they would have something. But their whole game on an app no one has....if that’s the future of boxing then boxing doesn’t have a future. Expand or go under....

Saw this and came straight to the comments just to see all the “$70 is too much for this fight” talk. Is what it is. Im may buy it. Im intrigued by the main event, and the co main. Not so much the other two on the card. I love boxing so…is what it is.
