At age 47, Bernard Hopkins fought above his natural weight and won a world title from someone who’s still ranked at 175… what’s Floyd’s excuse again?

He charged people to sit at ringside and watch on television.

He boxes professionally going by the definition of professional.

Ill give him a pass because he made his bones at 135 and took nothing but money fights at 147+, even challenging the new hungry future p4p lion in canelo.

Mayweathers skills are legit and on the level of a george benton, james toney, wilfred Benitez, lochee ect. He has legit skills and provednit time and time again

The guy is allowed to have a bad day in the ring

Damn man! What's up with all of this Floyd "Money" Mayweather hate? You've been posting these type of threads all week long. Look, I know you are a Manny Pacquiao fan and so am I but just accept the fact that Manny Pacquiao lost to Mayweather.

So it's time to move on and get over it. What you are doing now is both sad and pathetic by reaching at straws in a feeble attempt to discredit Mayweather's performance on Sunday night.

Whether you like it or not; He still left that ring with both his dignity and legacy intact. You really need help! Mayweather is living inside your head rent free

I rate Hopkins above floyd. I rate rj j above Floyd this era. Hopkins did things he wasn't supposed to do quite a few times in his mind 40s. Some of the opponents were better than the guys Floyd fought. I mean ortiz, guerrero, maidana level guys Hopkins was beating mid 40s

No one had to buy it and it was advertised as an exhibition fight not professional and it doesnt matter if he WAS a professional because he isnt now

So were you embarrassed when Ali did the same thing when he fought Antonio Inoke, Lyle Alonzo and Dave Semenko? All freak show exhibition fights (mind you 2 of those 3 fights were declared DRAWS, at least Floyd won his exhibition fights)?

Can't believe yall got me defending Floyd LOL i never liked him as a fighter but jesus the butt hurt is amazing.

If it’s on PPV and tickets are on sale, it’s a professional boxing match.

                  It’s completely different.

When Ali boxed against wrestlers, he didn’t get outboxed for two rounds.

Same thing with the football player. The football player even had 45 amateur fights and went to the semifinals in the Golden Gloves.

Mayweather was outboxed for two rounds by a non-athlete YouTube nobody.

It’s the most embarrassing thing in the history of professional boxing.

It means that floyd was just an overhyped media product. IT's so sad that floyd was just beaten by a youtuber. I like floyd but i couldn't deny how ordinary he really was.

If only floyd didn't use PEDS he is surely fighting at the top level now but his body was so fragile now because of PEDS.
