Not necessarily just the Olympics, even in amateur world championship boxing it happens. East Europe etc when they host these events, their boxers win it against anyone from the west. So the thought of Joshua winning it in London isn’t a shocker. As long as he wasn’t KO he was always going to get the gold.

If Wilder hadn't tied Fury up in so many rematch clauses we would be seeing the undisputed HW title fight between Fury and AJ in July, not Fury vs Wilder AGAIN. Fury already beat that clown twice, how many more times does he need to beat him before he can move on and fight somebody else?
