Fury crushing Wilder again will break Wilder mentally, he's hanging by a thread as it is. His costume, glove and trainer excuses (some of the worst ever) won't even be there this time. By the time he comes back he will be 36+ with less confidence, less fear factor and a lot more wear and tear. Even Helenius or Charles Martin could potentially beat him at that point. Time to retire, though his residual pride, delusion and desire for paychecks might keep him hanging around fighting against journeymen.

      Who knows....

But we can ask the same about Fury, can't we. If Wilder stops him in brutal fashion, like he's planning to, does Fury retire? Or would anyone be surprised if Hearn will still push for a meaningless AJ-Fury fight?

There are many American bums like Bryan that can he still beat every day easily.

I do think that simple fact makes him more dangerous, I think he knows he's got everything to lose in this rematch.
People like Wilder. And as long as he continues to be popular he will continue to get fight dates. Look at Broner for instance. He still has a career and been shti for ever.

His career is already over, he just doesn't know it yet.

When Fury moolywhoops him again no one will take his speil seriously anymore. He's a busted flush that couldn't cut it at the highest level.

The only fight I'm interested in now is Wilder vs Dillian Whyte just because I want to see how it will go down after 6 years of ducking by Beyonce. And I expect Whyte to back up Wilder and give him a serious whooping. White isn't getting caught with no telegraphed straight right, insider fighters and uppercuts are his ******nite, and that ain't Wilder
Dillian would do well and be ahead then go out the way he always goes out, completely cold, he will be a passenger in his own body.

Would you put a prospect in with a one punch boxer like Wilder? There are lower risk routes.

I'm not even sure he'll have that going for him. It would have to be dropping down a level to try to get another big fight. At 36+ he's probably not going to bother.

It’s up to him. Fury beating him again proves he isn’t as good as Fury, just one guy and that one guy is the top dog in the division. His mentality may be an issue as he has a massive out of control ego and age and injuries do catch up to you but there is still plenty of fight options out there for him, good money to be made. A lot of Heavies seem to be able to fight up to and beyond 40.

as a wilder fan....yeah probably........and at that point im not sure what his desire would be....he might want another fight to go out on a winning note knocking someone out....but at his age the desire would prob be gone....wilder will have made close to 100 mil in the last few years...not too shabby...he could call it a career

but i think wilder is going to suprise us here...

I know you said that as a joke, but Id love to see him Fight Helenius, TWO of my favorites.

MY opinion: I dont think its over for Wilder even if he loses, he can still fight Dillian, Ruiz, Joyce, Dubois, Efe Ajagba etc.

Plenty of fights to make. He WOULD be out of the title picture thats for sure.
