DuBois last his lost fight by stoppage and Dinu fought two bums after being stopped in consecutive fights by Kubrat Pulev and Jarrell Miller. And, of course, the WBA already has a Super Champion, Regular Champion, Gold Champion, and Champion in Recess. They really, really don't need an interim champion.
