Vitor was a pretty good amateur boxer in his youth and if you watch the early UFCs back in the 90s he really showed what a boxer would do against the what amounted to street brawlers. It’s a shame he chose to concentrate on MMA, I always maintain that Brazil should be putting out more high level boxers...the conditions in Rio, São Paulo, and the northern cities should be breeding grounds for the sweet science

What was his amateur record & what tournaments did he win or go deep in?

Vitor should be the favorite here doe. He's washed, but the other guy has been training 3ish months for boxing & afaik has had no other combat sports experience.
