And you haven’t a clue if the commission isn’t testing him in the Philippines. They hired VADA as the collection agency for the Thurman fight, so for all you know sample collectors wearing “VADA” on their shirts are showing up right now to take those samples again. Stop the hate man.
US commissions have no authority outside the US. He could have used whatever he wanted for Thurman while not in the US. Why's there always got to be a problem with Pacquiao and testing? Why can't he just do VADA like everyone else? What's his problem?

Plz give me a source that Pacquiao is not being tested in the philippines, thanks.

And what problems? Problems fanboys fabricate?

Spence-Porter did the same testing Pacquiao-Thurman did. Spence proclaimed “VADA” testing but VADA never acknowledged it. Sean Gibbons proclaimed “VADA” testing for Pacquiao-Thurman and VADA never acknowledged it. Turned out to be the commission doing “olympic style” testing using VADA as a collection agency. Why didn’t you have problems with Spence-Porter?

hey i googled that and im reading articles that say that pac did agree to blood test even within the 14 days but not on the day of the fight itself, are those articles false?

I'm pretty sure they've got a doping agency in the Philippines. Now whether he's actually using it or if I trust them to nail pretty much one of the biggest heroes in the history of their country if he were to pop dirty? That's a completely different story...

Spence and Porter live and train in the US. Commission can't test outside the US. So Pacquiao can take whatever he likes while in the Philippines.

Pacquiao has only done VADA 4 times. His first fight was Rios. So he's had 10 fights and done VADA for 4. The Mayweather fight was USADA. So half his fights have no testing.

That was after mediation. Mayweather offered 14 day cut off and said if he turned it down he wouldn't be offered it again, he'd have to do it with no cut off. Pacquiao turned it down, then months later said he agrees.
