To paraphrase Mike Tyson, everyone looks sharp in training til they get hit in the mouth.

Idu the folks on their knees for Wilder right now. Okay he got a payday so respect for that, but outside of Deontay landing that one hitta quitta, which he hasn't landed in a combined 19 rounds now, Deontay is assured another L & likely an asswhooping if the last fight gets duplicated. Idk why some folks are so hyped for that on the Deontay side. I mean fair play on Deontay being a fun watch, but that last one wasn't very fun for Deontay.

I have a feeling that he will pull out with another fake injury and the fight will get pushed back. i hope I am wrong, buts that's what I see happening.
So refreshing to see someone saying the same thing I been saying for ages: Those two guys are getting way more credit than their records deserve. The ******ity around Fury especially, people saying stuff like "genius" and all that crap. He's been dropped by nobodies and gone life and death against nobodies. Wilder is awful and although he has that big punch he hasn't really put anyone decent to sleep. No Povetkin, Parker, Ruiz, Whyte or other top guys on his boxrec, and Fury has Wlad and that's it. Two frauds getting props for erm....fighting each other.
I agree that this is a dangerous fight for Fury. As **** as Wilder is he was so embarrassed by that beatdown he will give everything to avenge it. God forbid we have to endure a 4th one if Wilder wins - those guys are log jamming the F&%k out of the division at a time when there are some great matches to be made. And some fools on here defend them like they are Ali / Frazier /Foreman levels of good. SMH.

Wilder does look good in the training vids. The things that stood out to me is that he is working on various feints and also concentrating on body shots.

        Both will help him.

But as I always say it takes more than 1 training camp to see lasting results.

What makes Povetkin, Parker, Ruiz, and Whyte anything special? The fact that they made it on AJ's record? These are gatekeepers.

Right now there's Fury, Wilder, AJ, and everyone else. The only way any of these 3 can impress against lesser opponents is the fashion in which they beat them.

Footwork is what needs the most help and the telegraphing of his punches. If he dont chin-check the gypsy fraud, he's done.

Three of them are former world champions. We can disagree on how good they are, but it's a fact that they're miles better than the crap on either Fury or Wilder boxrecs. Sefer Seferi, Stiverne x 2 lmao.

How many rounds has Wilder WON against Fury again?
His skinny legs aren’t the problem. IDEAL boxers are SUPPOSE to have skinny legs and BIGGER UPPER TORSO.
His problem is he only knows how to fight ONE WAY. “ Zero” ring generalship skills. Poor transmission and ONE dimensional.

The second fight was an out-and-out annihilation of Deontay.

I don't see how Fury's technique can deteriorate to the point of getting knocked out by Wilder. If that happens, kudos to the Bronze Bomber.

But - as I said in another thread - if Fury comes in serious, my pick is a quicker knockout win for him, perhaps inside three/four rounds.
Fury's defense has gone downhill since that fight, he has been hit in every single fight since 'And does not really use movement anymore'.

Fury was kind of there to be hit in the rematch with Wilder, but for some reason Wilder from the very start was all over the place.

                  Off balance, bad footwork, disconnection.

It will be interesting the tactics that Fury implements once again in the third fight etc

I believe he should stay quick and unpredictable. Wilder reacts slowly to Fury's constant shifting. If Fury starts quick, befuddles Wilder for a couple of rounds then starts hitting him hard, it will be over quite soon.

Beyonce Wilder is a bum. If you don't know that you don't know boxing. A straight bum with no brain and a great right hand.

You ain't gonna ever be a top level fighter if only 1 of your 4 limbs is top level.
