fact is you got hurt by a 35 year old linares not the 31-32 linares that drop loma, and got saved by the bell and on round 11 and 12 you survived by grabbing and holding on linares.. it took haney two full rounds to fully recover,, Haney wont have that time to recover against ryan garcia, tank davis or teofimo, therefore is just a matter of time for the email chump to get drop and put to sleep,

Team Haney is adding fuel to this by acting like he is too good to get hit, OK....it shouldn't be some groundbreaking event...he got cracked and got hurt. Yes, it took a while to recover...but I think he was also very tired from trying to pressure Linares at the beginning of that round..maybe expended too much energy in the first part of that round. Plus Linares is a good offensive fighter.

Meanwhile Garcia was dropped hard by Campbell....who, like Haney, also didn't get Linares' respect. In that sequence he was full exposed, chin in the air, pulling straight back...much more alarming than how Haney was chin checked. Garcia fought his ass off after that though, understandable why he gets the pass in that regard. Haney should have been warned or deducted a point, it was a bad look for him and that horrible ref Mora

There isn't a law saying MoFo has to stand & take an opponent's best punches! I'd tend to be more like Floyd or Pernell or Roberto. Miss dem shots. Don't take flush punishment! Like Floyd Snr said 'don't be dumb. Its your BRAIN in there'. I love boxers who make guys miss. Just saying,

My top 5 that I've seen in my lifetime:
            Roberto,
            Ray Leonard
            Floyd Mayweather
            Marvin Hagler
            Pernell Whittaker

& when I survey that list, OMG they were truly bad men. In your wildest dreams you wouldn't **** with any of them!

Haney talks a lot of **** for a guy who was literally running in to hug Linares so he couldnt be hit anymore. In the two rounds after he did the funky chicken dance.

Haney got hit clean in the first half of the fight and I thought he took them well but I did see Linares buckle Haneys legs twice before the 10th. The shot in the 10th was a better one. He did well surviving the hit.
He’s a very good fighter who really needs more EXPERIENCE. He will peak in 5 years. He WILL GET BETTER.

Haney will loose if he fights Loma.
I think right now they all loose if they face Loma.
I think Teo got a fluke and he knows it.

Not impressed by Teo or Haney, not at all.

He hit hard enough to put you in fear, holding on for dear life.

Haney tries to sound like Mayweather in his interviews, it’s quite annoying to hear him use Mayweather’s vocabulary word for word. He definitely does not fight like him at all. When Floyd got hurt vs Corley, Judah and Mosley, he fought back. He may have held on to Mosley after the first big right hand out of just pure reflexes but his overall reaction was to come forward and take yet another shot while trying to end the round respectably. And if you want to go further and mention his dog fight vs Emmanuel Burton, that’s 4. A fight where he was busted up in his nose and dragged into a street fight by Burton.

This guy had his chance right there to have his moment, fight back, show some fire but instead looked like just another wannabe Floyd who fights nothing like him.
