Haney looked good first 6-8 rounds but was getting hit clean with hooks all night long. Ref excessively warned Linares for hitting in the clinch but Haney was allowed to hit in clinch, forearm to neck, hold/hug, and few low shots.

Haney landed MORE often and had better work rate but Linares landed the better shots.

Haney was on queeon street for 2-3 rounds and the referee bailed Haney out. Ref let Haney hug and clinch...and excessively is an UNDERstatement. It was painful to watch. Competent ref docks points or forces the action and Haney gets TKOd if not KOd.

Thats what actually happened. The blacks are trying to "cover for their man". Its disappointing because truth is Haney did NOT have a good night.

Never seen Floyd man-hug over and over....or dive at his opponents waist two rds after he got clipped and was supposedly not hurt. Lol! Haney claims to be great but he looked like a chump. He needed the ref to save his ass. Haney got long breaks when the ref warned Linares (for nothing) while letting Haney clinch, hug, punch in the clinch, low blow, forearm to neck all WITH NO WARNINGS. Haney literally HUGGED during all of round 10 and 11 and he was weary in round 12.

I want a fighter to WIN a fight not be GIFTED a fight. The ref was probably a literal employee of Haney's camp because that was a horrific scene to watch. Linares was ROBBED of a beautiful TKO and Haney was allowed to turn the boxing match into a WWE event because he has no defense or chin.
