Do you think Donaire could stil make 115?

It bugs me that he never won a full world title in the division. Just an interim belt. If he could get back down to 115 and get a strap, he'd be a five division world champion. The only men on that list are Tommy Hearns, Sugar Ray Leonard, Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather Jr, and Manny Pacquiao.

    Donaire's title history

    112: IBF, IBO
    115: WBA interim
    118: WBC 2X, WBO 2X
122: WBO 2X, IBF, Ring, Lineal
    126: WBA (Super)

I know he said he wants to be undisputed at 118, which would also be incredible, but I think being a 5 division world champion would be a perfect feather in his cap. Donaire vs Ioka or Donaire vs Ancajas while Estrada, Chocolatito, Cuadras, and SSR are tied up in the WBC mini tournament.

He had actually mentioned a few months back that if he won last night, he was going to go down to 115.

If he keeps his power and makes weight comfortably...uh oh lol

      He'd obliterate Ancajas.

Really hard to predict. My guess is it would just be one step too far at this age, but I thought that about him going to 115 so hard to say

I agree. With his timing and counter punching, I think he could KO Estrada too. Cuadras hit him with a perfect counter, dropping him in their fight and Nonito hits like a mule

I think Estrada got a gift against Chocolatito last time. I also think he got a gift against Cuadras back in the day.

I can't wait for that WBC mini-tournament. Any fight with any combination of Carlos Cuadras, Chocolatito, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, and Juan Francisco Estrada is bound to be epic. I hope the losers of the first fights take each other on again too, just for the hell of it.

Yeah, I had Chocolatito winning also. Can't ask for any more with this division. Especially with the return of Ioka.
